THURSDAY at the Quarry House:
JANINE WILSON and her BAND

Janine Wilson's second release, Save Me From Myself, expands her stylistic 
repertoire to include grittier roots rock, alt country, R&B and even a 
little traditional country-and-western twang.  Janine and 
co-writer/guitarist Max Evans (formerly of Ugly Americans), were awarded 
Honorable Mention from both the Billboard World Songwriting Contest and the 
23rd Mid Atlantic Song Contest for compositions from the album. In February 
2007, Janine took home two Washington Area Music Awards for Roots Rock 
Vocalist and Roots Rock Album adding to her previous four wins!
