you heard right, KARL STRAUB is packing musical heat for his show this SATURDAY (11-10) at the deej!
 
joining KARL will be deej veterans SCOTT McKNIGHT and (drum-rrrrroll) KEVIN CORDT!
 
KARL and SCOTT will perform with, near, for and against each other, and KEVIN will sit around most of the time but stand up with his brassy badass trumpet for a few tunes at some precious point in the evening.  we suspect that DC's finest drummer, MATT TEBO, will be there, as well as guitar ace ANDY SULLIVAN.  but KARL never tells us anything (for fear of ruining the surprise? simple oversight? apocalyptic lack of self-promotion?  we should ask him.....)

why do we urge you to RSVP?  so we can get the right amount of snacks, of course!  look, it's not like we're going to harass you if you RSVP in the affirmative and then don't show (we would rather you didn't), or charge your bank account for the doornation -- BUT it is helpful to hear from you if you think you will be joining us so we can get the snacks squared away.  here, we make it SO easy:
